It uses Natural Language Understanding (NLU) with features including Sentiment Analysis, Entity Analysis, Entity Sentiment Analysis, Content Classification, and Syntax Analysis to extract the meta-information needed to execute a deep analysis of the content to power the user customized recommendation engine.
